Chapter -3 | Pilot project |

So believe me when is say I did not know how and what would happen with the cows and how to treat them, I and my uncle is like city boys, we knew nothing of animals, my grandparents and my for-fathers were farmers but still nobody managed to work on the animal scale like we did, plus we are small farmers, there is $0 investment or support from the Local government. in all my 6 years there they never supported us on anything just taking money like taxes.

Ok back to the pilot project, now we have ten cows under the precast shed that we made and slowly and steadily we reach the point of 200Lt. milk production on a daily basis, major processors don't pick because of low quantity, So this is where I come in we started the door-to-door campaign to deliver milk to basically bootstrap our farm.

I have written a previous article you can read it for more details.

The pilot project was good learning for us, we learned how cows get pregnant, and what is the heat timing of the AI insemination.
what local heat weave temperature cows get mostly affected with, what they like what they don't. so overall, we were feeding them and producing milk and also building the shed on the side.

The majority of the work that we did was good like slowly building and investing on the farm. I handled the milk distribution and my uncle overseas the construction, buying of farm animals, and the rest.

Next, I will write about the expansion and the 25 animals that we inducted.
